To meet these conditions, effective Monday, March 16, many of our employees began to telework using advanced systems that we have invested in to allow for this transition to be as seamless to everyone as possible.
Many of our interactions with clients do not require in-person meetings. To the extent that we can provide service using remote systems, we will continue to provide the excellent service that you have come to expect.
If an in-person meeting is required, we will evaluate the risk to our clients and employees and collaborate with everyone impacted to make the best decision on how to proceed for everyone involved and provide the service our clients require.
