Mr. Wise’s admission grants him the license to practice law within the nation’s capital and provides him with a number of immeasurable resources to further serve his clientele.

Mr. Wise adds this achievement to his existing Maryland Bar admission, along with a list of professional accomplishments and associations.  A graduate of the William & Mary Law School, Mr. Wise has spent his career working as a title abstractor, serving as the managing partner of a commercial title services company, and serving as counsel to a major title insurer.

 

Mr. Wise is active in the local legal and real estate communities and recently began teaching courses for the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA).

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Earl has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Past positions held in the field include working as a title abstractor, serving as the managing partner of a commercial title services company, and serving as counsel to a major title insurer. Earl applies this accumulation of real world knowledge to advise clients on a wide range of issues pertaining to title insurance, and closings.
