Mr. Fulton is an associate attorney and a member of the firm’s Business Counseling, Contracts & Transactions, Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Banking & Finance practice groups. In this position, Tripp assists the firm’s diverse practice areas in matters involving a broad range of corporate and transactional issues, including entity selection and formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Tripp’s litigation work focuses on representing businesses and individuals in contract disputes, business tort claims, and real estate disputes.
Tripp graduated from the University of Maryland and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to joining Liff, Walsh & Simmons, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable J. Michael Wachs in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Tripp is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel Bar Association.
