Phil Dales is a Partner with Liff, Walsh & Simmons and a member of the firm’s Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Practice Groups. He counsels clients on zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, planned development applications and comprehensive planning. He also assists clients with building permits, liquor licensing, administrative law, real property, commercial landlord tenant disputes, and litigation issues. He has obtained favorable decisions for clients from the Circuit Court to the Court of Appeals, Maryland’s highest court.
Phil holds a BA in English and Economics from Washington and Lee University, a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2013.
