Sara Neild is an Associate Planner with Liff, Walsh & Simmons and a member of the Land Use Practice Group. She assists clients with development and zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, and site design changes. Sara communicates directly with our clients, and planning and zoning staff, to ensure efficient processing of client applications, revisions, and approvals.

Sara comes to the firm with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Maryland, where she also minored in Sustainability Studies, Real Estate Development, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Her education and background in design provide a valuable addition to the firm’s capabilities, as we work with engineering and architect partners to review and analyze plans and prepare graphical exhibits in support of our land use clients’ projects.
